Mohammad Fazil
President, CEO, Secretary, Director
Mr. Fazil has been active with financing public and private companies for over 35 years. He was the President of Bow Energy which owned producing oil and gas assets offshore Indonesia. He has also been a director and on the management team of various publicly listing companies. Mr. Fazil was employed by boutique investment dealers in Canada as a finance professional focusing on funding junior listed issuers on the Canadian and US markets. He is currently Chairman of the Calgary Listing Advisory Committee at the TSX Venture Exchange.
Scott Reeves
Independent Director
Mr. Reeves is a partner at the law firm of Tingle Merrett LLP. He has acted as corporate and securities counsel to numerous Canadian and International public and private corporations, investments funds and venture capital firms. He has wide experience in private and public debt and equity offerings, corporate acquisitions, corporate structuring and extensive experience assisting issuers to list on Canadian stock exchanges. Mr. Reeves has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (hons.-1990) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (hons.-1995) from the University of Alberta. He is a current executive member of the Calgary Listing Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange.
James Tworek
Independent Director
Mr. Tworek has held Director, Senior Management, Analytical and Operations roles in both public and private companies. Mr. Tworek’s 25-year career started in banking in 1998 where he garnered a wealth of experience across diverse industries between Commercial Banking, Mining, Project Finance, Mortgage Brokerage mezzanine debt, Oil and Gas, Hemp/legal Cannabis, and Clean Water/Envirotech industries. Mr. Tworek is currently the chief executive officer and director of Element79 Gold Corp., a public company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange and a director of Florence One Capital Inc. a capital pool company publicly listed on the TSX-V.
