Saba has executed an MOU to operate in two fields in the Palawan Basin, subject to raising cash for Saba’s share.

SC54 (60% PI)

• Saba intends to drill in the vicinity of a discovery well which had IP of 15,000 bopd

• If successful, Saba intends to complete a second well, which was drilled and tested in 2010 at 3,000 bopd, with cash from first well

DPPSC Cadlao (52.7% PI)

• 7.3 MMBBLS remaining reserves; produced 11.5 MMBBLS and SI at 1,000 bopd in 1991
